Terms and Conditions TASTE OF SUTIVAN

Welcome to Family Fedrigo at Taste of Sutivan. By booking our 7-day journey, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the arrival date (Day 1).

• Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros €.

2. Itinerary and Changes

• Scope of Service: The package includes accommodation in Sutivan, van transportation, guided tours (foot, e-bike, boat), scheduled meals, and specific cultural activities as outlined in the 7-day itinerary.

• Weather Contingency: Many activities (olive picking, boat trips, hiking Vidova Gora) are weather-dependent. Taste of Sutivan reserves the right to modify the itinerary for the safety and comfort of guests. No refunds will be issued for weather-related schedule shifts.

• Availability: In the event a specific restaurant e.g., Senjković Wines or artisan studio is unavailable, a substitute of equal or higher quality will be provided.

3. Physical Requirements & Safety

• Activity Level: This journey involves physical exertion, including olive picking, hiking on uneven terrain, and e-biking. Guests represent that they are in good health and physical condition to participate.

• E-Biking & Hiking: Use of safety equipment (helmets) is mandatory during e-bike tours. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

• Swimming: Participation in swimming is at the guest’s own risk. We do not provide lifeguard services.

4. "Extras" and Shipping Policy

• Product Processing: For the "Capers," "Rakija," and "Hand-Cured Black Olives" extras, olive oil guests acknowledge that these items require a curing/aging period.

• Shipping: Taste of Sutivan will handle the aging, bottling, and international shipping of your hand-harvested products (Olive Oil, Rakija, etc.).

• Shipping is subject to international customs laws.

• Taste of Sutivan is not responsible for delays or seizures by customs in the recipient’s home country.

• Please ensure your shipping address provided at check-out is accurate.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

• Guests must notify Taste of Sutivan of any food allergies or dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan) at least 14 days prior to arrival. While we strive to accommodate all needs through our local partners, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment in traditional "Konoba" settings.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Guest Cancellations:

• Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund of the total package price (minus deposit).

• Cancellations 30 days before arrival: 75% refund of the total package price (minus deposit).

• Cancellations 14 days before arrival: 25% refund of the total package price (minus deposit).

• Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival: No refund.

• Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability.

7. Liability

• Taste of Sutivan acts as an organizer and collaborator with local vendors. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the trip, except where caused by our gross negligence.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to accommodations, e-bikes, or workshop equipment through misuse.

8. Photography & Media

• During the journey, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant Taste of Sutivan permission to use your likeness in marketing materials unless you explicitly opt-out in writing prior to Day 1.

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
